Specialized Research Materials
Due to the specialized nature of laboratory research products, all purchases are subject to this Refund & Returns Policy.
All Sales Final
Due to the sensitive handling and storage requirements associated with research materials, all sales are generally considered final.
PepStation does not accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored products.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, customers must contact PepStation within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue efficiently, customers may be asked to provide:
- Order number
- Photos of packaging and products
- Description of the issue
Approved claims may qualify for:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Refund at PepStation’s discretion
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, PepStation is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Events outside of our control
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate before submitting an order.
Payment Information
Payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
PepStation does not store full payment card information on its servers.
All payment processing is subject to the policies and security practices of the applicable payment processor.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment confirmation.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
PepStation reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Improper handling or storage after delivery
- Customer ordering errors
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Failure to comply with local laws or regulations
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Return Authorization
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Customers must contact PepStation and receive approval before returning any item.
Any approved return must be shipped according to the instructions provided by PepStation.

All products sold by PepStation are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only.
Products are sold exclusively for in vitro research applications and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
